A Syracuse man was killed in a head-on car crash in Upstate New York, according to New York State Police.
Edwin C. Montanez, 47, of Syracuse, N.Y., was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident in the town of Seneca, Ontario County, on Saturday afternoon. Two others were seriously injured, police said.
