AUSTIN, Texas — The Manor Police Department has arrested a man connected to a child exploitation and online solicitation case out of Montgomery County.
Police say in December, an investigation into online solicitation of minors led investigators to a residence in Manor, where they rescued a 13-year-old girl in the home. The girl had allegedly been coerced to take nude photos by a man who lived at the residence, identified as Frederick Osburn.
Manor police say that Osburn attempted to interfere with officers as they were attempting to execute a search warrant, and was arrested on a charge of interfering with public duties…
