A 28-year-old motorcyclist was killed early Friday morning when he struck a vehicle that had pulled out in front of him on La. 30 in Ascension Parish, according to Louisiana State Police.
Troopers responded shortly after 5:45 a.m. to the two-vehicle crash on La. 30 east of La. 73.
Preliminary investigation showed that Craig Burns of Carville was riding a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle east on La. 30. At the same time, a 2015 Toyota Corolla pulled onto the road from a private drive, attempting to turn west, troopers said…
