NORTH AURORA — The North Aurora Village Board on recently gave the green light for a new Woodman’s car wash facility to be built at 180 Hansen Boulevard.
The unanimous vote approves a site plan for a 4,800-square-foot building situated on the lot between McDonald’s and the existing Woodman’s Gas Station. The project, which passed through the Plan Commission in early January, will feature a single-lane long tunnel car wash and 14 vacuum stalls for customer use.
“This is the lot in between McDonald’s and the Woodman’s Gas Station,” Village Planner Nathan Darga told the board during the final presentation. “It’s back for its final vote.”…
