Officers were dispatched to the 1200 Block of West Martin Street for a major accident involving a train and a pedestrian. The unidentified complainant was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the San Antonio Police Department. Later that day, another train-related fatality occurred at South St. Mary’s and Lone Star, where an unknown male was found deceased after reportedly not moving from the tracks despite hearing the train horn.
