AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating a missing man.
65-year-old James Oliphant was last seen on January 28th on the 1500 block of Gordon Highway.
His clothing description is unknown at this time. There’s also no known medical conditions…
