Attorney Brad Karp, a Union College graduate who recently became ensnarled in the fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, has resigned from the school’s Board of Trustees.
Board chair Julie Greifer Swidler issued a brief statement through the college’s spokesperson Monday morning, adding they had no additional comment on the resignation.
Karp, a 1981 graduate of the Union in Schenectady, stepped down last week from his position as chairman Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Garrison & Wharton, a law firm headquartered in New York City after the Department of Justice released the largest batch of documents so far from its Epstein investigative files…
