SMITHFIELD — KS Bank has hired Walt Parker as a commercial relationship manager in its Garner office.
In the role, Parker will oversee banking functions within the branch and focus on deposit growth and loan production. His responsibilities include developing new business relationships, originating loans and managing loan requests.
