WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio — A Willoughby Hills man is accused of headbutting a police officer during a Feb. 5 arrest, according to court records.
The 25-year-old man faces a felony charge of assault on a police officer, along with misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and criminal damaging, according to complaints filed in Willoughby Municipal Court.
