Scott Israel from Colliers’ Atlanta retail investment sales team represented the seller, Ziff Real Estate Partners, an owner-operator of neighborhood retail, self-storage, office and industrial properties.
Crosspointe Plaza was acquired by RCG Ventures, a real estate investment group that acquires and develops multi-tenant, anchored shopping centers.
