The Port St. Lucie Police Department released body camera footage showing the arrest of a young man accused of excessively speeding on a city road.
Joseph Moylan, 26, was clocked on radar driving 113 miles per hour along Port St. Lucie Boulevard late Thursday night, police said.
The video captures the moment officers initiated the traffic stop and informed the driver about the speed recorded by their detection system.
