MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A 61-year-old man was arrested in the death of a woman who was shot and killed in Hickory Hill last week, police said.
Roy Hines, of Memphis, is facing several charges, including second-degree murder and tampering with evidence, records show. He was booked into the Shelby County jail on a $250,000 bond.
