Cannabis operators with Toledo businesses targeted in state anti-trust lawsuit

COLUMBUS — The parent companies of Toledo’s cannabis businesses are among the nine multistate operators accused by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost of engaging in anti-competitive conduct.

In a lawsuit filed in Franklin County on Friday, Mr. Yost said Green Thumb Industries, Jushi, and seven other operators are utilizing business strategies that reduce product choices and keep prices artificially high, harming consumers and Ohio-based small businesses.
