Geddes, N.Y. —A three-vehicle crash that injured two people temporarily shut down all eastbound lanes of Interstate 690 in Geddes Monday morning, police said.
Around 8:23 a.m., a Chevrolet work van rear-ended a Chevrolet Equinox, which then struck a Ford pickup truck near Exit 10 on Interstate 690, according to Sgt. Taylor Potter of the Geddes Police Department. The crash happened where ongoing bridge construction has reduced lanes.
Two people — a man and a woman — were taken to Upstate University Hospital by ambulance crews. Their conditions were not immediately available…
