Five charged after undercover operation in Jefferson County, sheriff’s office says

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said five people have been arrested following a lengthy undercover operation.

JCSO said investigators were assigned to the narcotics and street crimes division, and following people were arrested after the six-month operation:

  • 65-year-old Terry Templin, of Dandridge
  • Four counts of sale/delivery of Schedule II narcotics
  • Sale/Delivery of Schedule I narcotics
  • 48-year-old Joey Potter, of White Pine
  • Two counts of sale/delivery of Schedule II narcotics
  • 47-year-old Shawn Spouse, of White Pine
  • Two counts of sale/delivery of Schedule II narcotics
  • 33-year-old Harley Grimes, of Jefferson City
  • Two counts of sale/delivery of Schedule II narcotics
  • 32-year-old Ashley Coffey, of White Pine
  • Eight counts of sale/delivery of Schedule II narcotics
