BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said a probation officer in Blount County has been charged following a misconduct investigation.
According to TBI, agents began investigating allegations of misconduct involving 42-year-old James Glenn Dale, a probation officer employed by the East Tennessee Human Resource Agency.
During the investigation, TBI said agents learned that Dale had “sexual contact with a female probationer under his supervision.”…
