Borsheims has unveiled plans to renovate its showroom into an open concept that combines modern design, artistic influence, and enhanced customer experience.
The work will officially begin in May, following the 2026 Berkshire Hathaway annual shareholders meeting, the company said last week. The new design will mark the luxury jeweler’s entry into what it called its “golden era,” which is a reference to both its legacy and its new gold façade. The new design will also deliver luxury and modern energy, paired with a renewed in-store experience, it explained.
“With this next-generation renovation, our goal is, first and foremost, to reimagine the customer’s experience, bringing it into a new era,” said Borsheims CEO Karen Goracke. “The reimagined flagship will boast improvements that showcase our exceptional collections in custom curated displays and provide an elevated luxury environment to serve our customers, reinforcing Borsheims as a destination.”…
