A Webster Groves woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated and causing a crash that resulted in the death of a baby.
Theresa Jackson, 64, of the 100 block of South Laclede Station Road, was charged Dec. 23 with felonies for driving while intoxicated and causing the death of another, and driving while intoxicated and causing serious physical injury, according to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. She was released from jail on Jan. 27 after posting $50,000 bond, court records show.
The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 5, 2025, when Jackson was traveling northbound on South Laclede Station in the wrong direction and struck a vehicle traveling southbound head on, according to the probable cause statement…
