ST. CLAIR COUNTY, IL. (First Alert 4) – Illinois State Police said Monday a Kansas man was arrested and charged after shooting at multiple vehicles in the Metro East on Feb. 6.
Police said Drew Smading, 33, of Wichita, Kansas, led officers on a multi-county chase that started near Lenzburg in St. Clair County and ended in Sparta in Randolph County.
