PG&E has a warning for balloon bearers this Valentine’s Day

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Every year, thousands are left in the dark on Valentine’s Day – because of heart-shaped balloons getting caught on power lines.

According to PG&E, last year, nearly 33,000 customers in Fresno County and almost 15,000 customers in Kern County experienced balloon‑related outages.
