Craft Crawl: Episode One Takes Us to the Newburgh Library
Welcome to the very first episode of The Craft Crawl! If you know me, you know I love doing crafts and creating things in general. Painting, crocheting, hand stitching—if it’s hands-on, I’m in. And honestly, some of the fun is trying things I haven’t done yet (papermâché is still on my list).
Since I haven’t even lived in the area for a full year, I thought it would be fun to explore the Tri-State through crafting—and take you with me along the way. That’s the whole idea behind Craft Crawl: checking out different creative spots, trying new projects, and sharing the experience as it happens.
For the very first episode, I headed to the Newburgh Chandler Public Library, which was actually my first time ever stepping inside. I spotted on social media that the library was offering a free take-and-make paper strip Valentine’s Day card, complete with all the supplies and instructions.
