KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – WVLT Sports Director Rick Russo was bestowed a special honor on Monday, being named Person of the Year by the Big Orange Tipoff Club.
The award, presented to Russo Monday at Calhoun’s on the River, recognized his outstanding commitment and inspiration to both the club and communities across East Tennessee.
