HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Neighbors in the Waterbridge community say they are being fined by their HOA for parking on the street.
The fine is a new penalty for a rule that has been in place since 2006, but Waterbridge resident Rachel W. says it was never enforced before February 2026.
“Never,” Rachel said when asked if the rule had been enforced before. “It was like, beginning of January, I believe, when they made the announcement that this was gonna be enforced.”…
