Woman, 67, attacked with stun gun during bus stop robbery in Philadelphia

A 67-year-old woman was robbed and attacked with a stun gun while waiting for a bus on a cold, snowy Sunday morning a few weeks ago in Northeast Philadelphia, according to investigators.

Surveillance video shows the woman standing at a bus stop when a woman approached and attempted to steal her bag.
