NEW YORK (PIX11) — With the brutal cold snap in the rearview mirror, city officials are warning New Yorkers of “serious safety risks” as temperatures are expected to increase.
Daily temperatures will climb into the high 30s, bringing much-needed relief to the city after weekend wind chills dropped to as low as negative 15 degrees.
