An unlicensed driver from Honduras was arrested for driving without a license after being stopped near Quality Suites in Wildwood.
A deputy pulled over 30-year-old Omar Antonio Valladares Gonzales near Quality Suites, located at 271 SR 44, Wildwood, around 7:20 p.m. Friday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. His vehicle had an improperly lit license plate, leading to the traffic stop.
Valladares Gonzalez proceeded to hand over a Honduran passport and stated he never got a driver’s license in any state. A check of his driving history confirmed this to be true, the report said…
