The Oconto County Courthouse soon will have to find someone else to brew the morning beverage.
Circuit Court Judge Michael T. Judge has announced he will retire May 1 after more than 20 years on the bench, a decision the 78-year-old said he resisted for some time because he was so comfortable with what he was doing.
“I’m the first guy in the courthouse that makes the coffee,” Judge said. “7 o’clock in the morning. I’m in the door. Because this is, I guess it was, my life, and I enjoyed it and there wasn’t any reason to stop doing what I enjoyed.”…
