LUBBOCK, Texas — This local, longtime breakfast restaurant hopes to reopen after months of repairs.
Pancake House has been closed since August of last year due to damages done by a rainstorm. From replaced walls and ceilings to electrical and HVAC repairs, the restaurant has gone through the changes it needed to open again.

“I decided that was my dad’s, and my dad’s legacy is restaurants… he loved it. It’s like I told him once before, this restaurant belongs to Lubbock,” said owner Jeff Stotts.
Stotts had played with the idea of closing but ultimately decided to continue with the renovations, despite the costs…
