Former Circle K manager said she was fired after announcing age restriction policy

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The former general manager of a Circle K store in the Rose City area of North Little Rock said she was fired after announcing a controversial policy aimed at reducing theft.

In a Facebook post, the manager said the store would begin requiring customers under 18 to be accompanied by an adult at all times or be refused service. The post cited repeated incidents of shoplifting at the location.
