The Kenner Police Department reported a drug arrest following a traffic stop on January 26 in the 600 block of Compromise Street. Officers stopped a vehicle around 11 p.m. and observed illegal narcotics in plain view.
According to the Kenner Police Department’s Facebook post, the passenger, 39-year-old Que’Rinda Austin of Kenner, claimed ownership of the drugs. Additional narcotics were found concealed under her wig.
