SAN ANTONIO – A teenage girl is dead after police say she was hit by a garbage truck early Monday morning on the Northwest Side.
The deadly accident happened at 5:30 a.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex off Danny Kaye Drive near Oakdell Way.
