SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — What used to be the site of an east side gym will become the next addition of an adult day center for Active Generations in Sioux Falls.
The group acquired the building as part of a grant they received from the South Dakota Department of Human Services in 2023 to expand its adult day services, along with a donation from Miles and Lisa Beacom.
Currently, their services involve a men’s program and a residential cottage-style space for those who live with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
