SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — One person was injured and another arrested in a suspected wrong-way DUI crash.
Katie Ellenor Barnes, 30, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence — wrong way on a highway, a class A misdemeanor; negligently operating a vehicle resulting in injury, a class A misdemeanor; and wrong way on a one-way street, an infraction.
