CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Former Charlotte City Council member Tiawana Brown says she’s guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Brown answered the question from a federal judge in court on Monday morning. Her sentencing will not include prison time.
