KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The City of Knoxville announced major improvements coming to the historic World’s Fair Park Amphitheater.
The city is replacing the tensile roof and adding an LED lighting system and a motorized stage curtain. Crews will also replace infrastructure near the amphitheater, including stormwater and electrical upgrades.
The amphitheater will be closed while work is being done. It is expected to reopen around March next year…
