Ruben Studdard to perform at The Clayton Center Feb. 28

CLAYTON — Grammy-nominated singer Ruben Studdard, winner of American Idol Season 2, will perform live at The Clayton Center at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28.

Studdard, whose career spans more than 20 years, is known for his work in contemporary R&B, soul and gospel. He first gained national attention as the American Idol champion and later released the platinum-selling album Soulful and the chart-topping gospel album I Need an Angel.

At The Clayton Center, Studdard will perform fan favorites, pay tribute to the artists who influenced his music, and debut songs from his 2025 album, The Way I Remember It.
