ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester woman has been sentenced to a year in prison for illegally entering a restricted area at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport in 2024.
On Nov. 27, 2024, Takesha Rogers, 40, climbed the perimeter fence of the airport and went into the Aircraft Operations Area, or the tarmac, prosecutors say. They say Rogers willfully entered the secure area despite security measures in place.
