Woman with dog arrested after leading pursuit on San Diego highway

(FOX 5/KUSI) — An early morning pursuit impacted traffic across two San Diego highways and several roadways after a woman with a dog drove her SUV against traffic and ran across several highway lanes before being arrested.

The situation began around 8 a.m., with the California Highway Patrol reporting that the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 near Miramar were closed due to police activity.
