Bluffton neighborhood divided over targeted deer removal decision

BLUFFTON, S.C. (WSAV) – A decision to start culling deer has nearly divided one Bluffton neighborhood.

Rose Hill Plantation neighbors voted last week for approval to cull 141 deer after surveys conducted through a contracted culling company showed the neighborhood was overpopulated.
