ANN ARBOR, MI — A man who pleaded no contest to raping and torturing a woman will serve up to 60 years in prison.
Thomas Tieking was sentenced to back-to-back sentences of 18 to 30 years in prison for first-degree sexual misconduct and two sentences of 15 to 30 years for charges of torture and assault with intent to murder.
