GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Parts of the long-awaited autopsy report on the death of Leo Escalante, 2, have finally arrived, attorneys said in court Tuesday.
James VanderLeest, 22, is charged with reckless homicide for the June 22 death of Escalante on the city’s east side.
