PLANO, Texas — A Dallas man has been sentenced to 27 years in federal prison for drug trafficking in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.
Adan Mendoza, a 37-year-old, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to manufacture and distribute heroin and methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 324 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Sean D. Jordan on February 9, 2026, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Court documents revealed that since at least 2019, Mendoza conspired with others to distribute heroin and methamphetamine in the Eastern District of Texas.
