ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — One man has been arrested while another remains at large after a violent home invasion in Rockford that is under investigation by gang detectives.
According to the Rockford Police Department, on Sunday, February 1 around 12:12 p.m., Jalan Glover, 26, and Freemon Hubbard, 24, went into a home in the 1800 block of Carney Avenue. The pair were armed and battered the residents within, and stole property, police said.
