AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Amarillo Police Department submitted a report of a custodial death to the Texas Attorney General Monday.
On Sunday morning, officers went to a home near Northwest 4th Ave. and North Hughes St on a disorderly person call.
The 911 caller described the person as a 60-year-old male who was behaving “violently” and expressed that he thought “people were following him and trying to kill him.”…
