Two murders in Robertson County land three suspects in jail.
Sheriff Bill Ruland posted on his Facebook page that two suspects in a homicide east of Calvert last Friday (February 6) were found in Tarrant County. As of Monday morning (February 9), jail records showed 65 year old David Tullos of Franklin was being held in lieu of a $500,000 dollar bond on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and 67 year old Lucienda Elliott of Franklin was held in lieu of a $15,000 dollar bond on a theft charge.
