EUGENE, Ore. — At 5:18 p.m. on Monday, February 9, Eugene Police officers responded to W. 8th Ave and Lincoln Street after a stabbing was reported at the location.
Officers located the victim, a man in his twenties. A bystander had applied a tourniquet to his arm and an officer took over treatment with a second tourniquet prior to Eugene Springfield Fire’s arrival.
ESF transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury…
