Earthquake rattles Southcentral Alaska

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A moderate earthquake impacted Southcentral Alaska late Tuesday morning.

The magnitude 4.6 quake struck at 11:42 a.m. just north of Wasilla, according to the Alaska Earthquake Center.

The quake was measured at a depth of 11.2 miles, roughly 12 miles southwest of Hatcher Pass and 13 miles east of Willow.
