Albany, NY (WRGB) — A man pleaded guilty to assaulting an ICE agent in Schenectady County, according to court documents first uncovered by CBS6.
On the morning of October 1st, officers with ICE, Homeland Security, and the FBI stopped at a home in Albany for an Ecuadorian citizen who was charged wth Third Degree Rape in Albany City Court, and who they say was unlawfully in the United States.
