Prosecutor Announces Prison Sentence in Drug Trafficking Case Linked to Fatal Overdose

A Summit County man will spend years in prison after being convicted on multiple drug trafficking charges connected to a fatal overdose in Cuyahoga Falls.

Summit County Prosecutors say Dylan Bond, 29, of Marshallville, was sentenced to spend up to 13 years after pleading guilty to trafficking fentanyl-related drugs and supplying narcotics that led to the overdose death of 47-year-old Jaclyn Ballard. His driver’s license was also suspended for three years.
