BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — The Asheville-Buncombe Continuum of Care (CoC) is conducting its annual point-in-time count this week.
From Tuesday, Feb. 10, through Wednesday, Feb. 11, community volunteers will canvas areas across Buncombe County to identify people experiencing homelessness.
